It’s now the time to replace your old mattress and upgrade to the cooler (temperature wise of course), lighter and enable you to soundly sleep through the night mattress. Maybe you’re even upgrading to one of those machine contraption mattresses where you don’t need to use any of your abdominal muscles to bring yourself to an upright position or one of those sweet new high-tech mattresses where you can set a temperature for each mattress side. Now that’s cool! Regardless of how you’re replacing it, you’ll need to find a way to dispose of your old mattress soon.
